Vendor Rules & Terms
This is a placeholder version of our vendor terms so applicants have something real to review and agree to. The final wording — including payment, cancellation, and refund policy — is still being finalized.
Space & setup
- Each reserved space is a 6ft section of floor. Vendors provide their own table, chairs, and display materials.
- Setup and breakdown windows will be communicated ahead of each event.
- Vendors may not extend displays beyond their assigned space without prior approval.
Products
- No counterfeit, bootleg, or proxy cards may be sold or displayed as authentic product.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, grading claims, and pricing.
Conduct
- Vendors are expected to treat attendees, other vendors, and staff with respect.
- Event staff may ask a vendor to leave for disruptive, unsafe, or dishonest conduct, without a refund.
Payment & cancellations
- Approval of an application does not guarantee a space until payment is completed.
- Cancellation and refund policy is still being finalized and will be posted here before payments go live.
Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, cash, and equipment. The event is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Vendors attend and sell at their own risk and agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions.
